- Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellation made 15–29 days before the departure date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellation made 7–14 days before the departure date: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellation made within 7 days of departure or in case of No Show: 100% cancellation charges will apply.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
- Airline, train, ferry, monument tickets, permits, and other non-refundable services will be refunded only as per the respective service provider’s cancellation policy.
- Any refunds are subject to deductions levied by hotels, transport providers, airlines, or other vendors.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, missed meals, sightseeing, or early departure from the tour.
- In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, or any force majeure event, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
- Pushan Holidays Private Limited reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy in accordance with supplier terms and operational requirements.
